Seven things we put in writing.
Each covers something we control. Full wording is in the terms.
- Speed you can check. Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at your request.
- Yours, in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it, milestone by milestone. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
- Every web lead answered within 60 seconds. An automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. Switched on once we have timed a live test for your business, and marked active in your statement of work.
- Launch on time, or your setup fee back. The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, assets, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you choose: a full refund of every setup fee paid, or carry on with a new date.
- Live in 7 days after content approval. Growth only. Premium launch dates are set in its proposal.
- See it before you pay. We build your preview before the call. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
- Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before the minimum term ends.

Why publish prices?
Because you should know before the call. Starter is $3,500 setup and $297 a month, Growth $7,500 and $750 a month, Premium from $20,000 after an audit call. All plus Washington sales tax.
How is the setup fee paid?
Starter and Growth: half at signing, half when the site is ready to launch. Premium: 40% at signing, 40% when we deliver the design, 20% when the site is ready to launch. The monthly fee starts at launch.
Can the AI agent answer the phone?
Not as a published plan item today. The website chat answers 24/7 on every plan. On Growth and Premium a missed call gets a text back, live within 30 days of launch with the date in your contract.
What happens after the minimum term?
It runs month-to-month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before the minimum term ends.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Nobody honest can. We guarantee what we control: speed, ownership, the launch date and a fast reply to every web lead.
